I grew up with the motto that the ancient Greeks espoused - Strong Mind and Strong Body. I liked it so much that I have modified and use it as the motto for all my work - Strength and Ease for Body and Soul.

I especially advocate functional strength. Not for show, functional strength makes your everyday life easier and more fun.
